I kicked off my life as a cook immediately after school when I dared ask to work for the Marriott hotel chain under the leadership of Zdeněk Pohlreich. Here I received the best initiation into the profession. Furthermore, I had the opportunity to participate in the opening of the new Kings Court hotel as well as work at Hoffmeister. My longest tenure has been with the Alcron hotel under the leadership of chefs Jiří Štift and Roman Paulus whom I thank for a great deal of experience. I learned to prepare sushi, which I really enjoy, but there is so much to learn in other areas.
Outside my working life, I like to escape back to my native village where I devote my time to gardening and DIY. I also like to travel but I like most organising barbecue parties for my friends :-).
