In 1996 I finished my studies and started working in the Ambassador - Zlatá Husa hotel where I also did my practical training. I was working on cold dishes for 18 years, preparing receptions and events, both in the hotel congress hall as well as at the Prague Castle or Troja Chateau.
In 2008 my son was born and I had a break of three years. When I received an offer from Alcron, I did not hesitate. Now I have more time for my family and a great feeling that I can help every guest start their day with an excellent breakfast!
