I always wanted to become a cook without having any role model in my family, let alone among celebrities. I began my career at the beginning of the 90s in Austria and in 1999 I moved the renowned Savoy hotel in London. Both experiences abroad were particularly beneficial in the 90s as I had the opportunity to get to know top services and gastronomy which was just awakening here at that time.
I get a lot of inspiration when travelling. Through a great cooperation with my colleagues we make dishes that we all can relate to, so they are jointly-made creations.
